• Loose screws + bits into labeled small bins
• Power tools: cords checked, batteries labeled + charged
• The mystery drawer: sorted to kits or binned
• Extension cords coiled, not knotted; damaged ones cut up
• One toolbox that closes for daily-carry tools
• Manuals + random hardware: recycled (parts bins instead)
• Floor rule: nothing on the floor but tires + feet
• Reset habit: 5-minute wall check before closing the garage
