• Shoes: two pairs per person live here, rest out
• Dead umbrellas, cracked ice scrapers, mystery keys gone
• High shelf: one labeled bin for seasonal overflow
• Hooks installed: daily bags + keys at hand height
• Floor stays clear — nothing lives on the closet floor
• Donate bag out the door same day
• Rule: new coat in, oldest coat out
