• Oldest items to the top/front (first-out rule)
• Bulk buys portioned into meal-size bags
• Ice buildup: defrost scheduled if over 5mm
• Leftovers labeled with contents + date, always
• One 'use this week' basket on top
• Bins labeled by category for one-hand reach
• Temperature checked: -18C or colder
• Restock rule: nothing new until inventory updated
