Declutter: office supplies

• All pens tested: dead ones binned without mercy
• One cup of working pens, one of pencils — done
• Paper clips, pins, binder clips consolidated to one tin
• Sticky notes: one pad open at a time
• Dried highlighters, empty tape dispensers gone
• Notebooks: finish, rip out, or recycle — no 10% used piles
• Envelopes, stamps, labels: one drawer together
• Duplicate staplers, scissors, rulers: donate extras
• Tech drawer: one of each adapter, labeled
• Surplus (50 spare pens): donate to a school
• One drawer for supplies — overflow is the cue to cull
• Restock rule: buy when the current one runs out
